Jay enjoys working with all aspects of property management including the repair and maintenance of properties. His stellar management skills stem from an impressive background in aeronautics, where precision, accuracy and quality control are imperative.

In his spare time, Jay enjoys time with his wife Shariee, camping, fishing, off road desert exploration, taking trips on his motorcycle and in their motor home.
